A friend recently sent me a FB Message about a beauty contest in the neighboring town. It was a beauty contest for young ladies in competition for “Miss (Town).”
It was won by a biological male who identified as a young lady.
Something is wrong. A lot is wrong.
Male and females can decide they are females instead of males, and males instead of females.
Lies are considered truth, and truth is considered a lie. Right is wrong. Wrong is right. Truth is changed by “messaging” sent out in deceiving doses to overwhelm public opinion.
Governments are corrupt. Values are confused. Integrity seems to be found primarily in fiction novels.
The list can go on. It all could become background noise that we easily get used to. But we musn’t become tone-deaf to society’s desperate need, to people’s desperate need.
I am introducing this discussion and prayer chat place for countries, culture, and Kingdom advance.
I suspect as Jesus-followers we all feel this muddy slide into crazy, twisted deception and perversion no matter what country we are in.
It’s all about the battle between Light and darkness. It is a battle we must wage in the Spirit, on our knees, with a clear conscience washed by the blood of the Lamb, through deeds of righteousness, salt and light in a broken world.
How is it in your country and culture? We want to know. We want to pray together for each other.
I believe God is moving His children everywhere to pray for each other and for the advance of His Kingdom. No matter where we are in the world, we need each other. We need to stand together in prayer for each other as we face the not-so-hidden schemes of the evil one.
I don’t know about you, but I know I need your prayer. Maybe you feel the same way. Together, we are the purchased ones, purchased by the blood of Christ. Not our own. Bought with a price.
Father, Son, and Holy Spirit want us to be united in pursuing His purposes and passion.
It doesn’t matter where we as Jesus-followers are from, whether the United States, Europe, Philippines, Pakistan, India, Nepal–anywhere on every continent.
Let’s make this simple chat room a powerful prayer-closet that shakes the gates of hell.
